Apply to Receive 100 At-Home STI & HIV Test Kits for Community Screening Programs

Public health and community health organizations play a critical role in expanding access to preventive screenings—especially for underserved, high-priority, and hard-to-reach populations.

To support these efforts, we’re providing 100 no-cost, discreet, at-home STI & HIV collection kits to four qualified organizations. This initiative is designed to help you reach more community members, reduce barriers to care, and strengthen your public-health impact.

Kits can be shipped directly to patients’ homes or delivered in bulk for distribution at your clinic or outreach events.

Applications are open through Friday, January 30, 2026, and organizations are encouraged to apply early due to the limited number of awards we have available.

Organizations are responsible for lab processing fees for returned kits.

Eligible applicants include public health departments, community health centers, Title X clinics, FQHCs, nonprofit outreach programs, and other publicly funded or community health organizations.
Offer is non-transferable.
