OUR LAB
Our modern lab facility opened in early 2023 and is centrally located in the Cincinnati metro area, a major healthcare and logistics hub. The lab holds CLIA and CAP accreditations and contains an integrated packing and dispatch facility. This ensures that we have the quickest turnaround times in the industry – not just when it comes to analyzing samples but also when sending or receiving kits to/from service users. Our services are underpinned by a stellar technology platform to track all samples and ensure rapid and secure delivery of results to patients and health partners, case management and linkage to care, and all state reporting requirements.
